It was 2020, the year of the pandemic- when Nancy Davis and the director of the Sanchez Art Center, Cindy Abbott began plans for a fundraiser to benefit educational art programs at the Center- in the Bouquet to Arts style, art translated by floral designs.
The Left Coast Show was chosen for the source material, artwork to be seen through the lens of the floral designer and remixed into a pallet of flowers and or natural materials. The first show happened beautifully and safely “on-line “.
Now a new May tradition for the popular juried show, each spring Shelldance Gardens sponsors this delightful, inspiring and heartfelt event for the benefit of the arts in our community.
